Shipping

Important information

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

We are not responsible for delays that might be caused by the carrier. Once the parcels leave our warehouse, they become the carrier's responsibility.

Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly at checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel will be lost. If the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping fees again to receive it.

Please note that Canada Post or other carriers do not deliver during weekends. Orders are delivered only on business days.

Delivery, handling and custom charges are non-refundable.

How do you ship the items?


~Your print will arrive home safely in beautiful packaging.
~I also add additional cardboard to ensure it does not bend.
~Any size bigger than 11 x 14" will be shipped in a mailing tube so they are well protected.

Where do you ship?

We deliver everywhere around the world, from Montreal.

Is there a Pickup option available?

Yes! At checkout, select the option «PICK UP» as delivery method. Once you have completed your purchase, it may take up to 1 business days for your order to be processed and ready to be picked up.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Mimi & August is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

I chose the pick up at the store delivery option by mistake

Yes. Please contact us at daniela.amyot@gmail.com. We will send you an invoice to pay the shipping costs. Once these charges are paid, your package will be shipped.

Customs fees

If you select the international delivery, customs fees may apply depending on your order’s final destination. We are not responsible for customs fees to be paid upon receipt of your order.

Is there an expiry date on gift cards?

No, our gift cards do not have an expiration date.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we do! Each order is neatly wrapped before it is dispatched. If you want to place an order for a gift, we can arrange to send the parcel directly to the recipient’s address and include a customized message inside. Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please note that we apply a $10 return fee, but you won't have to pay anything extra: this fee will be deducted directly from your refund!

How do I make a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need you to notify us by email at daniela.amyot@gmail.com.

There are certain situations where refunds are not possible:

  • Any item not in its original condition or item that is damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
  • Any item bought on final sale

I think my print is damaged. What should I do?

If you think you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at daniela.amyot@gmail.com.

We kindly ask that you send us a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number, receipt copy, name and email address used on the order. No worries, we’ll take good care of you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
